ABOUT ME

My name is Utkarsh Raj Singh, or just Raj.

With over 5 years of experience in the Design industry, I have worked as a 3D Modeler and Artist for various projects. Additionally, I have gained over 3 years of experience specifically in gaming projects as a 3D Artist, Game Artist, Environment Artist and recently as Art Director and Lead. My expertise lies in 3D Modeling, Texturing, Environment Assets, UI/UX, Game-Ready Assets, Baking, ArchViz, Interior Design, VFX, etc. I have a good level of command over a range of workflows and softwares from Blender, 3DS Max, Substance, Marmoset, to EmberGen, Gaea, Unity, Unreal, etc. I've always enjoyed learning new softwares and techniques, which has enabled me to work very efficiently throughout my career.

This was all about my professional life. In my personal life, I love photography, music, traveling, gaming and sim racing. I love new tech and reading about the latest and greatest. In terms of my photography skills, I started as a videographer in my school days, this turned into love for cameras and photography. I love the Fuji system, the cameras and lenses, but also their colours. Love the XPro line of cameras with 23mm f2 and 35mm f1.4 lenses. As for music, I have a very very wide range, that includes Old Classics (Rafi, Kishore, Nusrat), R&B, Soul, Jazz (Chet Baker, Michael Kiwanuka), DJs like Ash, KSHMR, Punjabi (Karan Aujla, Diljit), Hip Hop, Rap (Divine, Eminem, 50Cent, Travis, Metro), Bollywood (Vishal Mishra, Arijit, Shreya) and even some Reggae and Arabic songs. And obviously, I love gaming and accessories. My favorites include Rocket League (Casual), Red Dead Redemption 2, Witcher 3, Mass Effect Trilogy, Cities Skylines, Insurgency Sandstorm and Uncharted Series. As for my Sim Racing Setup, I love Assetto Corsa (with over 500-600GBs of mods from F1 to Rally) and AM2 for AI racing and old classic cars. I have a Thrustmaster TX Leather Editing with a dual monitor setup which works for work as well as sim racing.

That's basically all about me.
